About This Project

Birds in Berets is a community sketch project where you share your favorite birds, and I draw them.

This is an ongoing birding chat where bird lovers share their favorite stories about the individuals and species that have inspired them, taught them something, marked a phase of their life, or simply made them laugh.

This is also an ongoing character design study where I try to express as much personality as I can by considering how a specific bird would style a beret.
